Monies Paid to the UCI

Does anyone have any idea what the UCI does with all the monies paid to them from the Pro Teams and race organisers. ????
This runs into millions of £/$/euro.
I know that they do not have to produce yearly accounts under swiss law which is why all the major sports Federations are there.
Any idea how much El Presedente McQuaid gets paid ?????

Forget the pro teams and race organisers we pay $5 every club race we ride race twice a week that is $500 every rider every year on top of membership. what do we get out of it they provide a commisair to ensure all rules are obayed .
We used to volantere to do that job.
if we get a hundred riders on Saturday race they get $500 out of the prize money.

They have a team of Lawyers working all weekends and night time on doping cases for CAS that isnt cheap .
in that financial report how much is spent on law courts and lawyers.
