Need help identifying Mercury shirt logo

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create the Mercury Cycling Team shirt from the year 2000 for use in Pro Cycling Manager
This shirt features some sort of "sketch" of a rider (the 1999 version did as well)
I haven't got a clue what this is, whether it is a known logo or a drawing specifically for this jersey
As a result I can not find a decent resolution image to use in my creation
Would any of the (American) members here be able to help me out ... ?

Looks very much like a design element, not a (sponsor) logo.

Just use the design from this; scale it up if needed. It won't look great, but it's as good as it'll get for a 16-year old jersey.
