Noob tire fit question

Hello!

I'm new to this forum and I'm new to maintenance on road bikes (I mostly did MTB before)

When I bought my used road bike I had 25c in the front and 23c in the back.
In my city it is a hastle to find 23c tire, so I'm curious if I can put a 25c where the 23c was before?
I assume that the rim is the same dimension in the front as in the back.

Thanks!

Should be fine as long as the 'new' tire is 700c, says '622' by width on it. If it were 27 inch(630mm ETRTO, bead seat diameter) it would say '27inch'..
