Norwegian report on doping in cycling

Anti-Doping Norge today pubished its report after their interviews with riders about doping in cycling.

Short summary: Omerta is strong + the Norwegian medias handling of Kjærgaards admission made more admissions highly unlikely.

Some of the interviewed riders says doping were everywhere in pro cycling and that it was open and blatant. Others from the same era says they didn't see anything.

and paradox is reconciling the two.

the one with the lies just be the jv refrain. in jv's defence, he is damed if does damned if doesnot and he will not have a pro team if he does not play the line, and toe a line. spose he can defend the noble cause justification ethical system. p'raps he is right, i am wrong, and you need to gently push the culture in the right direction, and not rock the boat.

i dont think this aim is realistic tho
