Loved these. Had them. Used to bug Greg Arnette for pairs back in the day when he drove the Oakley van. Looks like the nose piece attachment is more secure

Sea Foam Green is an interesting color choice. Is there any significance to it?

Although they were not cool at the beach so along came the blades

I think I bought a pair out of a guy's car in Aspen at the Coors Classic (1985 maybe?). The biggest problem with those goggles was they were hot-- not anough air flow. Definitely protected you from the bugs though.

What a joke! These retro glasses look worthless, and for $200 no less! Antiques that are no longer cutting edge! Don't forget to ask for the "Sucker" t shirt that comes with them! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!:D

will oakley be offering free swap outs for those livestrong models that

cyclists are too ashamed to wear?

Mark L

My source at Oakley told me that they are not advertising it but for a small fee, a Livestrong pair can be swapped for a light blue and black Sky pair. Supplies are tight in the UK because of an unexpectedly large number of swaps.

They are real.....Good to see Oakley working with good guys again

First, I hated those things! I remember trying one on and thinking it was like wearing light ski goggles! Still, Oakley then, and now, is high quality glass (polycarbonate).

Second. Wasn't Phil Anderson the first guy to be spotted in them? But Greg and his dad made the deal with Oakley?

I can understand a guy looking like Anderson wanting the biggest shades he could get to hide those feature :D

But those are ugly shades, imo.

Indeed. Can't imagine what Oakley is thinking.
