Official Thread: Le Tour de l'Ain - La route du Progrès 2009
Starting August 9 till August 12, held in the Jura region of France, it will feature 5 stages (2 on Tuesday the 11th). It is rated as a 2.1 race and was won last year by Gerdemann.

It is said (unconfirmed?) that a Kazach team will participate. It will be interesting to see how the boys of Colombia Es Pasion - Coldeportes will do.
Besides, Belgian champ Boonen has indicated that he will appear at the start of the race, as well as French champ Dimitri Champion. Other confirmed riders are Fabio Duarte, Théo Bos, Jimmy Casper...
