The Criminal Court No. 1 of Cáceres ruling, first reported by Marca, hands Marcos Maynar a two‑year prison sentence, a €2,700 fine, and a 21‑month ban from activities related to sports training or medicine. Ignacio Bartolomé receives nine months in prison, a €2,100 fine, and a nine‑month ban.

The Exercise Physiology Laboratory at the Faculty of Sport Sciences of the University of Extremadura is identified as one of the main hubs of the investigation conducted by the Guardia Civil and the UCO. The probe included package interceptions, lab analyses, and wiretaps, whose validity was upheld by the court.

What about the suppliers of DCA, Actovegin Forte, and menotropin?
The preposterous claim by all witnesses that they thought they were getting "dietary supplements" is just plain ridiculous.
What was also this, "the acquittal of Vicente Belda and Raúl Bernal Vigo on the most serious charges, as it was not proven that they distributed substances or fully knew their composition." Vigo was giving these tablets to "minors" and claiming he didn't know what they were?
Remember the ITA said there was 10 to 12 other Spanish athletes they were investigating when Lazkano was busted, so hopefully this is not the end.

Maynar has been sentenced, 2 years among other things, a couple of selected points;

"The trial also yielded a long list of athletes who testified about how they received the substances. The ruling cites, among others, cyclists Orluis Alberto Aular Sanabria , Julen Amezqueta Moreno , Daniel Martín Muriel , Raúl Bastida Natividad , Garikoitz Bravo Oyarvide , Josu Etxebarria Azpilicueta , Juan Antonio López Cortázar Jaimez, and Iker Cerviño Pueyo , as well as swimmers Marina Lázaro Rico , Cristina Gabriela Ciobau Spartaru , and Miguel Campos Beas Pérez de Tudela"

"The court also does not consider it proven that the menotropin sent on April 21, 2022, to the home of Vicente Belda García , then the Astana team's masseur , ended up in the hands of Miguel Ángel López to be used before or during the 2022 Giro d'Italia. The ruling states that menotropin , also called human menopausal gonadotropin , is indicated for the treatment of male infertility and is on the list of prohibited substances in sports , but it does not consider it proven that this shipment caused the inflammation in the rider's left leg or his withdrawal from the race."

Interesting to note that he was also using lactate inhibitor Dichloroacetate, as well as the stuff already mentioned on here.
