The star of this vuelta. Pure grinta. Two stage wins put him on the level of van Aert and Roglic. He's off to Ineos Movistar next year. He is destined for greatness.

Those are going to be his last 2 breakaway wins. No one's going to be buying what he's selling anymore. Both times he looked like he was gonna drop dead then attacked like Mvdp in Strade Bianche.
His endurance is through the roof so he's got another card to play in tough stages.
Joining Ineos could change the way he rides though.

I reckon he's twice as good as any of Antonio Piedra, Oscar Rodríguez or Angel Madrazo.

Edit: How could I forget! He's as good as Ben King!

Soon we are gonna have a whole generation of riders who grew up watching Carapax and are doing this!

I will enter this train while there are still seats left.
I only wish he would join Roglič, as he has the best young riders development record, but in the long run there is still time to change the road you are on.

Woe betide any young up and coming rider on a small team does well in a GT. Their punishment.....straight to the clinic for you boy.
Such a shame he's got the label so soon. At least let him get a third win. Who knows, maybe today. I would love it.
