This frame is arriving tomorrow. Still not sure which group to assemble. Dura Ace 9150 Di2 or Super Record EPS V3.

This is a subject that can be argued for one way or another, so there is no clear winner, but since you have an Italian bike I hope you went with the Campy, Campy is the only groupset that should set on your bike.

Some industry insight close to my circles in the carbon repair field say Pinnarello has some of the worst construction industry wide.

I wouldn't touch a Pina carbon anything after what I've seen and the stories. Good luck with that.

Canyon seems to have a very well made bike, but even they xray each bike after every season, and it either gets trashed or it's sold as used. I've saw a You Tube video of a Pina being cut length wise and the internal mess inside the frame was the worse of the ones this guy opened, the best was Specialized.

I'm 6'3" and weigh around 190lbs. I've been riding a demo F10 for over 2 months. Terrain is a mix, with nasty surfaces. I've encountered numerous pot holes that totally freaked me out at the time, but after inspection, found the frame to remain in perfect condition. Add to the picture that I enjoy sprinting, so it's safe to say this bike has been highly stressed many times. I am also aware of numerous other F10's in my area, with none demonstrating any issue regarding structural integrity.

I know this is a small sample, but it works for me.

I'm over the moon with the 2017 F10.

Good to hear you’re happy with it, that’s what matters. Which groupset did you get?

Thanks! I chose:

Campy Record EPS V3 kit
Super Record Crankset, 172.5, 52/36
Cane Creek EE Brakes

Still need:

Bars
Stem
Saddle

I have several sets of Aeolus D3 Tubulars, 3 & 5.

Probably will start building this weeked, as the Record EPS kit and crankset arrives tomorrow.

Saw another friend and Pina rider today on the road and asked him if he had heard of any failures. He had not.

I'm not sure what the situation is now, but at one point there were so many fake Pinarellos in circulation that Pinarello had a warning on their website.

Funny how you visit this forum pretty much everyday for nearly 10 years but still don't know how to use it.

Here, now y'all can go back to bed.
