What a great ride by Alberto.

Actual:
Contador 0
Andy +4:11
Armstrong +5:25
Wiggins +5:36
Kloden +5:38
Frank +5:59

Yesterday:
Contador 0
Andy +3:30
Armstrong +3:45
Wiggins +4:45
Kloden +5:15
Frank +5:45

Great ride by AC, solid by Andy, much worse by Armstrong, good performance by Bradley, but still Wiggout of 3rd not Wiggin.

We'll see if AC just follows wheels Saturday or goes for total beat down, no gifts approach. If he follows wheels and has an opportunity to take it at the finish, he should.

Lance should let Wiggins take the time and make the Podium. What does Lance need the third step for?

1 Fabian is going to win - he's a god at this.
2 Wiggins will be second but fairly close - he is pissed off.
3 Contador will be even closer to Wiggins.
4-5 Kloden or Armstrong, Armstrong or Kloden - they are pissed at Contador.

#15 Astarloza will finish within the top 25 rounding out the finishings of the top 15 GC contenders - there will be others in there as well - Gerdemann, Evans, Menchov and other likely suspects. (Le Mevel will be outside the top 25)

Both Kloden and Armstrong will make enough time lost today to Schlecks to make Ventoux really interesting. Nibali's time make-ups will be as interesting. Frank will be riding for a top 5.

Wow, was I wrong.

Yea me too!!! I had Wiggins doing much better and the Schlecks not so much. I also did think LA would have a stronger ride...oh well.

I predicted that the tiny little climber would actually win this stage when it actually favors a stronger (and heavier) powerhouse.

Alberto would be crazy to leave Bruyneel next year. He won't be on the same "training program" and could likely follow other ex-JB riders like Hamilton, Landis and Heras (or I could hope he's busted).

I'm disappointed that it does appear that Mr. Vaughters is very wrong. You cannot ride clean and be on the TDF podium.

Are you saying Lance Armstrong took performance enhancing drugs when he won his 7 TdF?
