Which Game is Better between PCM & PcCiclismo

PCM as a sports manager, PC Ciclismo/Eurotour for the race simulation (if you don't mind the dated graphics).

the problem with eurotour well the update was too much"fantasy" like results like pouls chalenging for the tour and thomas dekker (post doping) of garmin chalenging too

Well, you can edit their stats very easily yourself. At any rate, that'd be a problem with the database, not with the game itself - that kind of "flaw" applies to PCM as well depending on which database you're using.
