Psoas major muscle... or other kinetic difficulties

After years of suffering going back to when I was 16 (almost 30 yrs. ago) and my right lower back and hip would become painful I think I've identified the culprit. My right lower back would spasm into a baseball sized lump and my right foot would go numb via the hip when cycling. I went to all manor of doctors, physio., acupuncture and even reiki but nothing worked and no one could provide answers. I knew my Ileocecal valve was spasming and I could anticipate my performance on the bike based on how well things flowed in the morning. This tension and pain persists to this day and still goes from my right hip up the right side of my back, with nodules of obvious discomfort, all the way up to the base of my cranium. I'm convinced it's my psoas muscle on the right side that's the root.

Take it for what it's worth, I doubt I'm alone. Take care of that psoas!
