Question marks ????

When I quote an article a lot of signs seems to be transforming into question marks (?)
(or they are casually inserted inside the post)

This has been happening since your latest update and it really screws the posts and make heavy editing necessary... I have also noticed that it is not only me having the problem...

Could you try and do something about this?
