It's interesting because before Radioshack (the company) announced that they would continue their sponsorship I thought LEOPARD TREK might absorb some of the Radioshack riders, such as Garmin-Cervélo last year.
The article in l'Equipe talks of "financial difficulties" for LEOPARD TREK, which is also interesting because last year they proclaimed that financial backing was in place for at least four years.
Another weird thing is that LEOPARD TREK keeps signing Radioshack riders. I also can't really imagine why Nygaard would "resign" (as it says in the article) at the end of the season, unless he is fired by an unhappy Becca as someone suggested earlier.
When asked about this matter in Colorado, Fränk Schleck said he hadn't "read" (!) anything about it and Andy seemed interested to find out more. The LEOPARD TREK management has not been available for a comment yet.
