I bet Scinto will say that this was all fault of Sheriff Will Teasle and that he feels betrayed. Add a promise that they will put a section named "Blood Passport Data" in their website that's under construction until December and puff, RCS convinced and Yellow in the Giro.

don't know. he wasn't pinched in the middle of the Giro and sent home.
an out of competition test in September will be long forgotten come March-April when the wild-cards are announced.
