If it remains this kind of weather (or not extremely hot): Contador, with Quintana and Purito on the podium.

If it will become hot, ... also Contador!;)

Quintana was cruising today, IMO. I think he'll take it ahead of Contador.

Hmm.... Could be... however, with Quintana you simply never know

Quintanaaaa :D

But don't discount Froome, one bad day in the rain is not necessarily indicative of what he'll be like for the rest of the Vuelta. TT will be a good indicator, not just for him, but for all 5/6 of the main contenders (7 if you count Betancur) to see what level they all actually are at, we haven't really enough evidence yet (although we have seen enough to show that Contador has recovered and is on good form).

Voted for Aru, but it should be between Contador, Quintana and maybe Froome if he just had 1 bad day, the itt should tell us if Froome still has a chance. Like i sad before, the stages between the 2 rest days are harder than the rest of the third week, only stage 20 could create bigger gaps. I think Valverde and Purito will be weaker in the third week, but with most of the hard stages between the rest days they still could get the last podium spot if Froomes form isn't that great

He could not follow Contador's attack after some time. I don't expect him to be glued to Contador's wheel, but to be able to change pace and eventually get back on.

He's not got the power. Unless something extraordinary happens...

AC for the win. Quintana is of course his greatest threat - He'll probably be as strong as AC in the mountains. I think the advantage AC will have over Quintana is the TT's and his experience. I think it will be a close race between them two. I don't really know what to make of Froome. If he is the way he was in the Dauphine then I don't think he will even top 5. I think Valverde and Jrod will finish the top 4.

hell yeah,Im completely sure as you can see:D

Froome vs Quintana vs Contador

......20% vs 41% vs 39%

Depends on Froome tt's, I think Quintana might have a little - little bit better climbing than Contador (shiit I never thought I will say this about anyone) and Im not still sure he won't have an off-day cuz of his tibia, otoh Alberto has the warrior soul and unseen will!

Contador. He's been so strong this year that I just can't imagine anyone being able to drop him in the final weeks. Not even Quintana. And considering he'll take time on the Colombian in the ITT, he should take it.

There's still Froome who'll probably take the lead on Tuesday, but I don't think he'll be able to get anywhere near Bertie in the mountains.

Betancur choice is sooo childish... where the **** is Vino option? :p

AC is my favourite now, but Quintana will be very dangerous, especially if Valverde manages to keep on going as well as he has done so far.
Wouldn't discount Froomey yet.
Aru will ofc. dominate the proper mountain stages, but will loose to much in the tt

man -- just look at the cycling powers that be on that top ten

just one mistake, crash, crack, puncture at the wrong time-you name it, and either one of them can be knocked of it with no return....

anyways- as I previewed - its all about El Pistolero vs The Alien vs Na-iroman vs Purito. I'll throw in The Angel as a wildcard, simply because he's awesome:)

Contador is the big favorite but i'm concerned for his team. There are some stages where he can really get screwed over.

Contador has shown he can solve situations by himself (giro '11) but idk, it's going to be really hard to win this.

Quintana and froome still have a chance. Piti and purito don't have a chance imo.

Btw Contador is the only rider this year that has never been dropped. Rider of the year should be obvious :)
