Rider killed in Australia

As shown on the front page, an innocent man riding in the break down lane of a main road in NSW Australia was killed by an intoxicated 30 year old male.

Lets see if the intoxicated 30 year old male gets away with it and the Australian Goverment and Cave Man Australian Attitude towards How You Should Live let him go free with nothing but a slap on the wrist. This may or may not (hopefully will not) prove my theory that in Australia it is every persons birth right to kill at least one cyclist.

Similar thing happened a couple of years ago in Melbourne - about 10 mins from where I live. The driver got 13 years.

Significantly there is nothing on this story yet on the online versions of the Age and Sydney Morning Herald (Major newspapers in Victoria and NSW respectively).

So they are at least 8hrs behind CN
