Generally speaking, any road tubie can be used on the track. I like Conti Sprinters.

Track Road Tubs

Back in the good old days we used to ride the 15-20 kms from home down to the track. Normal 32-36 wheels to ride down and back, 28-spoke track wheels on the front hub mounted carriers. Get to the track, take off the one front brake, swop wheels and race all evening then ride back.
The 28-wheels were also used for midweek and weekend TTs.

As the others have said - one size fits all and no problems.
Some people rode special silk tubs on the track but then some others used them on the good surfaced TTs.
