Dowsett is probably the favorite. Others who could win:

Kwiatkowski, Rasmussen, Sergent, Rosseler and of course Henao and JTL.

Dowsett would be the big favourite ( however Sergeant would probably be good in this considering he won last year ). I wonder if Rogers can also go well here ( get back to a good level ). I think he could top 5 as he would still be carrying some form from the TDU.

Sergent has to be the favourite, he won it last year and is a better prologue rider than Dowsett. Rasmussen should be close. Pretty good field.

Unless they have all come down with some sort of last minute illness, thats pretty disappointing given the amount of local continental teams that would love the chance to ride.
