Scott Plasma 2009 - Is it Legal

Hi there,

I am looking at buying a TT bike (finally). I have been offered a hardly-used 2009 Scott Plasma frame (the yellow, black and white model) at a bargain price. However since this bike was made the UCI has tightened up on the regulations for bike frames.

What I want to know, not being an expert at this, is does the 2009 Plasma met the rules regarding these regulations. The clubs I race with apply the UCI rules to TT bikes, so I dont want to end up buying something I cant race.

Any advice would be appreciated!
