The article you refer to has already been mentioned elsewhere. However, I don't see an affidavit from her in the USADA evidence, unless I have missed something.

I guess she still wants to keep her seat on the Armstrong gravy train...

Yeah, I think she refused to answer questions during a Trek lawsuit when this came up years ago.
