Sidi Wire Lampre Shoes Shown on 4/19

I noticed the Sidi Wire shoes made for Lampre shown in the 4/19 Shoe and Helmet feature had the old heel cups from the Genius (i.e., they did not have the black plastic "heel pincer" they started putting on shoes with the Ergos. This is important to me because the new style heel cups irritate my Achilles tendon. Has anyone seen this variant of the Wire shoes and tell me where I can get them? Thanks!
