Spartacus' Swiss Sleeves

Is there any significance to the fact that Fabian is folding over his sleeves to cover the swiss flags signifing his status as a former swiss road race national champion. Ive noticed this on at least 2 stages including today (obviously he has been in yellow rather a lot).

Is this to soften his tan lines, some kind of internal motivation for the World Champs or a reaction to his failure to win last years road race.

Definitely trying to even out the tan lines and look cool. I met him at the 2005 TdF when he was riding for Fassa Bartolo. Asked him to be in a photo -- which he was happy to do, and really nice about it. But before we could snap the shot, he had to "foof" his hair and put his sunglasses on his head. Loved it.
