Any of you starting to think about 2011 yet? About winter and spring training? If so, here's one to consider. Training camps with Sportstest in the Costa Blanca area of Spain which has an unbeatable range of routes on its doorstep.
The Marina Alta mountains, including the Coll de rates, Guadalest, Confrides and Tudones, are regular features in La Vuelta (including 2009 and 2010) and is a magnet for the pro teams - Quickstep, Saxo Bank, Astana, Radioshack, Sky and Katusha all train here and it is home to the likes of Kolobnev, Viatkus and Horner.

As you would expect, the camps have vehicle back-up, friendly guides and excellent accommodation. The hotel has luxury apartment-sized rooms with their own kitchen (with washing machine) and lounge. It also has a good health suite with gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. With Dr Garry Palmer of Sportstest also offering full fitness testing using Gas Analysis, body fat analysis and dietary advice, it has something that bit extra special too.

If you are interested check out Train in Spain's website (http://www.traininspain.net) for this and also info. on year-round training and local races and events.
