Or that the cobbles being reported "easier" than last year is going to make a lesser spectacle...
In the cobbled classic's you have the specialists taking each other on..
Here you have a fresh peloton full of teams wanting to keep their GC guy up front...
They could easily "spoil" the favorites race, or make things complicated to the point that the winner is totally unpredictable..
My thoughts... with emphasis on thoughts
-Kristoff and Degenkobbles have already peaked this year..
-Sagan may have to sacrifice the stage to babysit AC..
-Stybar could easily complete an epic-failstep..
-Nibali and Boom not going to repeat last year, simply nlikely to do that trick two times in a row.. regardless of strenght...
-Vanmarcke seems a good bet, only things haven't worked for him this year..
-Thomas only winning if froome is second (or in small leading group), or out, and I doubt both.. (same as Sagan situation)
-Paolini is for me a dark horse.. Might be babysitting J-Rod...
-GVA is actually the one of the mentions in the poll I could see happen..
He might share same duties as Sagan/Paolini but I think Garderen could follow his wheel...
Gorilla FTW!!!!
