Green edge announced ewan before the season started, plus a contract in 2015 so I'm not sure he counts. I'd be surprised if Jack Haig doesn't get a call up.

Sven Erik Byström will join Katusha first as a stagiare this fall but he has also signed a neo-pro contract for the next two years. Byström is a training partner with Kristoff and this comes after a desire from Kristoff to have another norwegian on the team. Byström is a type of rider that is best suited for hilly classics.

I think even if riding GTs (the Vuelta) was allowed it just wouldn't happen. Would be quite a shock for a completely untested kid to be thrown directly into the fire of a three-week stage race.
