Sounds like UAE has Pog firmly by the balls and he's more than happy with it, do they expect him to produce seasons like this year's to repeat for another six years? Do they expect him to get even better? Does he think, with the aid of Gianetti, he can? Inquiring minds want to know!

Btw., I want my only halfway mutant Pogi back, I fear as long as he's with UAE and Gianetti this won't happen because he'll be a full-on mutant and then some! :sob:
If he is indeed the new Merckx, then yes, but in the modern sport of advanced doping no. You, to quote Jack Daniels, can't handle the Truth! Joker sardonic smile.

Allowing Gianetti to access unlimited sport washing petrol dollars was a really bad idea.
This is absolute bs for cycling in whole. Makes me sad for the state of the sport. UAE has UCI in their pocket too, the new sponsor deals only made it more clear. So the shitshow is propably just going to continue. Can't see who or how will they put a stop to this. Im still annoyed and baffled why are so many buying this Gianetti and petro dollars show.
Well was pleased for the comments and the amount of likes they got under that GCN white washing video, lol. More and more people are at least starting to ask questions and get annoyed about the state of affairs.

Only a full alien mutant Pogi can take on Jonas version 2.5.

It was this article that was linked by @peterfin

Seems a bit too much, that the shadiest team is also a major sponsor of cyclings governing body.
It's hiding in plain sight. Totally legal, and obviously dodgy.

So many pro sports are ultra corrupt at the top. I mean ... IOC? FIFA? The latter is so obviously problematic and yet seems almost untouchable. Truly crazy stuff.

To quote Oldmanish in the Pogacar pro racing thread: "That critics of Pogacar cite Jonas' breakthrough wattage metrics to confirm some illicit supplementation by Tadej is pure BS".

Well, do you believe this says nothing and that Pogacar is clean?

At any rate, now we read UAE, a state backed team, is going to pay him 8 million euros per year until 2030. The UCI receives money from UAE, in an appalling conflict of interests that knows no shame. Like I said, this is what happens when you allow a Gianetti to have unlimited access to sport-washing petrol dollars. "On my word, unleash hell".

Are we really to assume Gianetti is the mastermind behind all the doping advancements of the last handful of years? He’s just one small piece imo.

He's surely not alone but a Dr Strangelove / John von Neumann can cause a great deal of havoc if unleashed.

I'm really looking forward to Visma's countermove. Would be hilarious with an upgraded 3.0 VingoAI-terminator-bot that goes uphill at 9.9W/kg backed by an anonymous web account at CN claiming motor-pacing / double-a-day FTP sessions / continous lactate sampling / shorter cranks / and whatever...

So, if Pogi produces more "unhuman" results at next year's super hard TDF, do you think UCI will have to cave and launch a doping investigation? With Pogi, it's becoming increasingly obvious something is not normal, and you can't chalk it up to super calculated clever team tactics--when he attacks he just goes by himself, sometimes making his teammates work harder than others think they should, like this year's TDF stage 11. How long before he *really* gets investigated?

Based on what exactly?
