Hi,
I'm going to be in France in late July and I'm planning to watch the 19th stage (ITT) in this year TDF.
I'll be grateful for some tips from fans who had watched similar stages in the past – what is the best place to locate myself (start, or finish, or somewhere in the middle?), what time to arrive, when are the roads closing etc. Every advice will be much appreciated!
Thanks

Try to get away from people, find a spot where the riders are going slow or you can see loads of road. Get a camera with a good zoom if you want shots, and have something radio, tv net, that allows you to know what is going on.
