Then it's weird that you don't respond to it.

This is what I replied to:

It should be, according to @yaco. If it's purely a business matter for Ineos, then they are under no obligation to fund other teams.

The point is other teams who are less wealthy can have a women's team ,and they make it work from a business point of view, or else, these teams would not be around.

And what can you then infer when such team are not around?
It was a choice in Team Sky days, when the reputation value would have been high.

Whether it's not value for money now, I don't know, costs are higher but still a fraction of a men's pro Team, however I doubt that many are that interested in Land Rover copy, the value for Ineos is then difficult to quantify.

I don't think Sir Jim is bothered anyway about women's sport.

Radcliffe is only bothered about getting UK tax payers buying him a multi-billion pound stadium.

That would be interesting, I've heard Rowe on GT's podcast a few times and he seems pretty thoughtful.

That said, I hope he speaks some French. I spent a day with Citroen/AG2R at the 2022 Tour on a sponsor's junket and their staff did NOT speak English well; the language of the team was nearly 100% French. Of course times change.

Perhaps Ineos would try to recruit the younger Hector Alvarez after Pablo Torres declined their offer. The thing is, Ineos has enlisted a lot of 23 and under riders since they have signed Ganna in 2019. Then the long list to include Hayter, Pidcock bros, CRod, Sheffield, Turner, Tarling, Leonard, August, and etc. followed. All these talents were attracted to Ineos paycheck with the accompanying program of training and development. So far, on the aspect of development, stagnation is prevailing in the team.
