As I understand it in this instance it does count as a win should he likely win the Home ITT.The only races that were anounced are the nationals and the Olympics.
He should be able to win the national ITT, but I don't know if it counts for this magnificent competition.
Still if the calendar changes last year hadn't resulted in him having to ride Lombardia the next day, he probably would have won the NC then, meaning he would never had become the same legend of this thread as he now is.Nooooo
