Bio-passport probably works just fine... Has he been tested consistently, and those tests gone to the right people is the more pertinent question.

I think it's the way he's doing it, and more importantly, WHEN he's doing it.

I think people had a little hope the peleton was at least changing for the better. But this TDF has basically crushed any of those hopes and people are a little "angry" at that. You'd think Sky would ease up just a bit on the juice just for this year. But nope. Right back to status quo.
