Pauline Ferrand-Prevot to ride for Ineos away from the road
How so? She’s winning world title after world title, and not by small margins either.Ten years too late.
The latter is what Pidcock is doing currently. Setting up a team specifically for MTB would make sense. There were 2 different rumours about a month ago on a few foreign MTB websites. Signing for the Ineos Grenadiers to ride MTB, and with a possible team mate. Or riding for a team sponsored by Ineos, with no connection to the current cycling team.
EF would also not be a bad option. Good TT set-up, not many guys on the team who'd actually beat him in a bunch sprint and the team for the cobbled classics doesn't have a clear cut leader besides Bettiol (when he's actually healthy).Nice fit for Trek or (dare I say it) Ineos with his track-credencials

He wears the kit, yes, but he's not part of a team. He's registered as an individual rider. No it's not, he's still a part of the Ineos team, wears the same kit, etc This other rumour was a completely separate team with no connection at all.

Ineos have done nothing for women's cycling - This from the team with the biggest budget.

Could have done so almost for free when they first set up the team due to the Skyter Shipping debacle, but they didn't want Nicole Cooke to lead the project and then BC proved themselves to only care about Lizzie and she had no reason to leave Boels at the time.Is that still true? Because they certainly have been spending the money on new riders for the past two seasons. And their previous two biggest signings (Carapaz and Yates) are leaving already.
But yes. Very odd that they haven't set up a women's team. Could have done so for a fraction of their budget when they were at their height a few years ago.
Cooke and Pooley could have led a ridiculously strong team, but when you're on the out with BC, forget it.Could have done so almost for free when they first set up the team due to the Skyter Shipping debacle, but they didn't want Nicole Cooke to lead the project and then BC proved themselves to only care about Lizzie and she had no reason to leave Boels at the time.

Not a member. Any specific names? Someone like Vermeersch could really take off elsewhere, whereas every team should be on the front row for Corbin.
