If its not worth a new thread please close, but There is probably a fair bit of discussion in these tapes.

Now im no body language expert, but clip 5, 35 seconds in when he says that Frankie Andreau lied 100%.

Watch Lances head. As he says Frankie lied he shakes his head. You dont need to be a body language expert to know Lance lied at that moment.

In clip 6 early on he says a couple of known truths, and with all of them, he nods as he speaks.

I've seen these many years ago. Although the tapes I saw were in relation to the donation. I'm sure we'll see more of them in the coming days....

I have to say its very sad watching those tapes..... he really is a nasty nasty human being.

Watching these tapes the one word that comes to mind.... credibility. Its gone. All of it.

That there's a name and law firm attached to this release says a bit about the contemporary view of Lance: all bark, no bite.

in clip 5 and 6, is this is the way he reacts to somewhat harmless and easy questions, how the hell would he perform in quite more serious FDA case with hardcore lawyers?

His bodylanguage is painfully obvious. I think someone should twitter him and say "Lance, I thought you knew how to say No better than that!" >:D

Please only after Lance has taken the stand again.
If the tapes leak before that moment, his PR bucks will try to make their testimonies less credible. I have to assume they did the right thing on those occasions.

If anyone has watched the show "Lie to Me" which is losely based on the work of Dr. Paul Ekman then the parts I find interesting is when he answers a question and simultaneously shakes his head which is suppose to mean that he has no confidence in what he just said.

I just went for the straightforward "Saw the SCA tapes. You need to learn how to say no better than that".

I hope Nov gets himself a better attorney than the guy asking Lance questions! He really let him off the hook. Should have honed in on Lance calling the witnesses prior to their depositions. He asks the question then just leaves it.

Yea that's the thing that got under my skin. It was like "Sorry, don't mean to bother you guy, I mean, I'm just asking. No need to get your feathers ruffled Lance...of course, you're doing so much good for those cancer patients."

What an injustice to Frankie and Betsie.
