The Mou is the One and Only Phropet Thread

We can't say that out loud
Not the case at all.

There have been a number of voices raised suggesting that we should not accommodate posts from someone who was banned.

I have taken the line that people are suspended on account of the attitude they display here towards other users, not the opinions or (claimed) information that they share about the sport. As such, his pronouncements in media or socials are not prohibited any more than those of any other (non politician) individual.

However, if this starts being a case of every statement being re-posted here such that there is a member, or members, here essentially making a proxy account for Mou here, or if Mou were evidently using the willingness of some to post here to be addressing the forum directly (and the recent one about the Vino option on our polls almost did that), that attitude might change.

I'm more willing to lean towards acceptance while it is essentially fenced in within a specific thread: it makes it easily avoidable by those who don't agree with the posts appearing here.

I suspect that it's better not to make a public debate of it here: by all means PM me if you feel strongly either way. I can seek an opinion from the admins if it really seems to be divisive.

In my opinion, there is no problem having reposts and comments from mou shared on this thread, but his comments should be avoided in the Pogacar thread (and also the specific race threads where Pogacar competes and mou makes predictions). This could perhaps be improved.

I don't agree. Mou's posts are innocuous. He was banned from here for another reasons (e.g. offend other users).

@E_F_ (I can't quote post consisting of only quotes...)

I think it should be pretty obvious that I am referring to the fact that certain posters keep spamming the Pogacar thread with Mou's nonsense.
Meaning that they do in fact not contain it in this thread.

People can keep their "Mou has insider knowledge" joke in this thread as much as they want.

Your disagreement with Pozzovivo somewhat contradicts the answer you gave to 2WpK two minutes earlier. I would suggest and request discretion and self-limitation on the part of those who frequently post Mou's tweets in the Pogacar threads.

I was referring to his posts on Twitter. Of course his posts here were not innocuous at all.
OK, but that's not what came across from the exchange:

I think Pozzo was referring to posts of Mou on Twitter. In my opinion, they are innocuous because they don't offend anyone. I'm pretty sure you didn't ban Mou multiple times because of posts like "no one is prepared to see Pogacar's time on Cipressa", etc. He was banned for other reasons.

I think it was quite clear that he was referring to the annoying habit some people have of spamming the Pogacar thread with mou's tweets.
