Remco doesn't race for podium spots. Therefore I don't see a chance of him going to Jumbo. Ineos makes all the sense, since he can then challenge The Fish at Le Tour.
pffff.Absolutely, yes. Every Tour winner, more or less, has great support. Jonas absolutely crushed the TT and you don't have support there. That's where he broke Tadej, both mentally and physically. For the rest he's got Kuss, the best in the business in the mountains support role. I don't buy the Pog-Rog alliance, because if one attacks the other must follow. They are every bit of rivals as Jonas is to each of them. And then, how do they drop Jonas? Rog isn't able to do it and Pog only can if Vingegaard makes a tactical mistake. But he has learned from the Tourmalet stage last year, so won't be pulling Pog up any climbs again. To the contrary, when Jonas attacks how are they going to stay with him?
Bar illness, a crash or injury, unless they mess up his prep, which is highly unlikely, Vingegaard is too strong for them.
Oh, please, Bernal was the next "Massi" until Pogacar came along, who was the next god, until Vingo came along. Vingo wins the next foreseeable Tours, unless he crashes or falls ill.pffff.
same old story
Bernal is gonna win the next 5 tours
Pog is gonna win the next 5 tours
Fishboy is gonna win the next 5 tours
I don’t think Vingegaard gets sole leadership at the TDF. So why would Remco have a bigger chance at INEOS compared to Visma to win the TDF?Remco doesn't race for podium spots. Why would Remco choose to be number two on JV when he could be a number one rider elsewhere? If the merger goes through he is a free agent.I like the idea of evenepoel going to the tour together with Vinge. It’s his first tour, with the best team, no total pressure on him, he can ride podium in Jonas shadow, win like Kuss, or take over when anything happens.
That’s the thing, he wouldn’t be number two, he’ll go as co-leaderWhy would Remco choose to be number two on JV when he could be a number one rider elsewhere? If the merger goes through he is a free agent.
Is that his dad talking? Maybe that's what will happen but what about his strong link with Specialized?People from Evenepoel's entourage according to today's L'Equipe: "Everyone knows that Remco will never ride for Plugge. When the merger will happen, he will just sign his contract (already written) with Ineos. In 5 minutes, it will be done."

Not sure I get why he would "never ride for Plugge".
Lol.That’s the thing, he wouldn’t be number two, he’ll go as co-leader
You think if this merger wouldn’t happen and Roglic stayed he wouldn’t be co captain?Lol.
Ten Hag not taking *** vs Patrick Evenepoel *** letsgooooIt sounds melodramatic (& entirely made up). I reckon L'Equipe is not the best source for any real news anymore. Just like French cycling in its ensemble, their sources & journalists tend to exist on the periphery of current events in the peloton & they get stuff wrong all the time. I remember when they ran with the headline a couple of years ago saying Tom Dumoulin was "according to their own sources" leaving Jumbo & signing for BikeExchange (as it was at the time).
So wait & see.
Although tbh if Evenepoel does go to Ineos & Ratcliffe buys Man Utd, he might find himself moonlighting as a player for United. He surely couldn't do any worse than the sorry lot they've got in the team these days.

Why not?I don’t think Vingegaard gets sole leadership at the TDF.
He can't handle it.Why not?
That’s the thing, he wouldn’t be number two, he’ll go as co-leader
That’s why they really want Evenepoel so desperately at JVHe'd be lucky to be number 2 if there was such a thing
JV will have only one leader at the Tour ...the best climber in the world right now and the defending champion
All else is delusion that the Vuelta has not cured some people of
