This is not to assume that it was either parties intention to take stuff off topic, but a place where clarification or understanding a posters point can be discussed.

If the only reason for someone was to muck up a thread, then this stops it.

I recall that we discussed such a thread back in (as it turns out) 2011. If executed properly, it could be quite useful. Especially as what often happens (and I pointed this out again recently) is that the discussion of a given topic turns into a discussion about the discussion, instead of the intended topic.

Curious to see how this thread evolves (if at all).

Motorola 1995 was a lot different than Discovery 2005. Don't try to pretend the two situations were the same.

You welcome to play the semantics game and pretend Hincapie's affidavit was not clear but it was clear to George that Lance wanted the team to use EPO. It was also clear to Swart. As the World Champion, Team leader, and highest paid rider on the team don't expect others to share your fantasy that he was "Just a rider"

The only thing clear is that in that interview Hincapie never said anything about Andreu being a drug pusher but you keep repeating that lie. He never said that Andreu was part of the blood transfusion program at Postal but you keep repeating that lie as well. It makes one wonder. Why do you continue to lie about that interview?

yup, and multiple riders said that Max instructed them on EPO, proper doses, even gave them brochures on it. He even confirmed this to the NYT. He said that the riders were pressuring him for info and access to EPO. He figured that if they were going to use it they might as well use it safely so he gave them info on how to use it......but George tells Frankie's home town paper it was all Frankie. Something smells
