Well Basso said only last week that he will only ride if he feels he is in the right form to fight for pink and that he wont make a decision until after Romandy. Nibali as far as I am aware is actually on standby for it. He hasnt been ruled out either of the race as far as I concerned.

I'm going with Scarponi. With the exception of Rujano he was the only one who at least tried to challenge Contador last year, I really liked that and I don't see why he can't legitimately take #1 now without Contador.
