It's going to be a lot of fun.

Nibali won't factor much imo but Yates vs Fulgsov could be great and the Ineos recovery roadshow will be interesting

Fuglsang will win. Vlasov will be strong too. As will Yates, but the Astana duo will be too much for him. Thomas and Froome, who knows what to expect? I really hope for a good showing from Nibali.

With the new calendar, Tirenno will be to the Giro what the Dauphiné is to the Tour.

The Fuglsang - Vlasov duo will destroy this race.

Van der Poel will win a stage.

Nibali to probably be competitive but not great.

Are starting times adjusted so they don't clash with the Tour so much?

This race is a catastrophe. I have almost no riders here who can score points for my cq-game.
Apart from that it's probably going to be pretty good...

Ineos' startlist is rather crazy. While the Tour is going on they have Thomas, Froome and Rohan Dennis for this, supported by Ganna, TGH and Eddie Dunbar. Meanwhile no KillaBeez for Jumbo here, only hard working ants.
Fuglsang for the win.

Said Tirreno is part two of a training block started in the Dolomites. A stage win would be nice though. All that's left until the Giro is Apenninno and... Worlds.
