I am confused about to whom your rant is targeted? Your subject says you are writing to Ann Gripper,...... But your rant suggests they have some right or obligation to disqualify those others. How does an ex anti doping official, a reporter, and a Photographer get any authority to do that? Just asking for a little more to frame the connection because I am not getting it?
