Nah they're not the same level climbing wise. Even in his lone GT win Dumoulin got dropped in the mountains several times.

Roglic always seems to get dropped on a couple climbs in his GTs too. As has even Pogacar. And Froome before him generally showed weakness on a climb or too. Contador in later years as well.

Talent-wise he gives me a cadel evans vibe.

A Tour win, worlds and Fleche on the cards for Roglic then. Sounds good to me.
