I have made a list of the top10 hopes time triallists, climbers, sprinters, classics riders and GT riders.

At first time triallists: Taylor Phinney, Cameron Meyer, Luke Durbridge, Jack Bobridge, Bob Jungels, Michal Kwaitkowski, Rohan Dennis, Evan Huffman, Jesse Sergent, Adriano Malori.

Climbers: Nairo Quintana, Joseph Dombrowski, Thibaut Pinot, Fabio Aru, Carlos Betancur, Darwin Atapuma, Johan Chaves, Winner Anacona, Kenny Elissonde, Daan Olivier.

Sprinters: John Degenkolb, Marcel Kittel, Arnaud Demare, Giacomo Nizzolo, Elia Viviani, Andrea Guardini, Wouter Wippert, Markus Barry, Nacer Bouhanni and Michael Matthews (Nacer and Michael not sprinters at all, but let me put them)

Classics riders: Peter Sagan, Moreno Moser, Diego Ulissi, Tony Gallopin, Romain Bardet, Simone Ponzi, Pieter Serry, Sean De Bie, Guillaume Van Keilrsbuck, Jasper Stuyven.

GT riders: Tejay Van Garderen, Wilco Kelderman, Andrew Talansky, Lachlan Morton, Evgeny Shalunov, Marc Goos... Do you agree? Which is your top ten? :D

Makes no sense to mix WT pro riders above 23 in their third pro season with real amateurs under 23 which never even came close to a CT team.

So the ITT list is especially worthless - we all know that Phinney, Durbo etc. already are world class ITT riders. Huffman however is the only real gem in here - despite the bitter defeat at the Avenir prologue.

So some real future hopes in ITT are the likes of Yoann Paillot, Jakob Steigmiller, Mads Pedersen (as soon as he steps over the U23), Rasmus Quaade, Matteo Mammini, Jakub Novak, TJ Eisenhart (still junior, too)...

Kwiatkowski has to be in there, somewhere.

I hope Domborwski will move from climber to GT rider. He won the Baby Giro and just came in 10th in the USA tour and 12th in the Tour of Cali. They are climber-centric tours, so maybe the Vuelta will be his forte.

He better improve his TT or he will be another Andy.

Alternative list!

GT riders: Bob Jungles, Evgeny Shalunov, Kirill Sveshnikov, Carlos Verona, Daniel Jaramillo, Lachlan Morton, Marcos Jurado, Magnus Cort Nielsen, Markus Faglum-Karlsson, Ronald Gomez.

Climbers: Sebastian Henao, Andrea Manfredi, Joshua Edmondson, Umberto Orsini, Davide Formolo, Jesper Hansen, Rob Squire, Fausto Masnada, Darwin Pantoja, Gianfranco Zilioli.

Classics riders: Loic Vliegen, Alexey Lutsenko, Sonder Holst Enger, Jasper Stuyven, Stanislau Bazhkou, Federico Zurlo, Rafael Reis, Olivier le Gac, Sean De Bie, Kristian Sbaragli.

I will do sprinters and TT'ers later... I am curently going Twitter crazy following Avenir!

Andrea Manfredi is an amazing talent. He win the stage of Champdepraz in the Giro Valle D Aosta with an attack from far (sorry for my english:rolleyes:) He did a great race like Aru in 2010. I expect he will be the relay of Fabio Aru in sub23.
