Kluge extends a 19 second lead at stage 15 to 5 min at the finish

Declerq moves up from 10 seconds down at stage 15 to 25 min lead at the finish

Ewan holds a 4 min lead from stage 15 through the finish

Morkov holds a 10 min lead from stage 15 through the finish

Ballerini has a 25 second advantage over Cavendish at stage 15.

Only Declercq has been able to dethrone the stage 15 Lanterne Rouge in the 3rd week so far this decade. The odds are stacked against Cavendish, but with stage 21 being a TT, there’s still room for him to notch one more win in his career. I expect no holding back on the final run-in to Nice - flat tires, mechanicals, sliding out on the corners, even getting off the bike and high fiving the crowd. He will take it.
