Tour in Utrecht

I live in Utrecht and I am really excited for the tour to come here. The giro was here a couple of years ago but I wasn't there (only getting really into cycling since last year), to be honest I never visited any kind of cycling event.
So what to expect? During the prologue me and a friend of mine want to go early to get a nice place so we can chill the whole day with some cold beers, nice food and watch everyone come by. The city centre will probably be pretty crowded so we figured we would stand somewhere near the Uithof, any ideas? Also, Thursday before the starting weekend is the team presentation in Lepelenburg. Is it worth going to? What will happen? I got something else that night but I am doubting wether or not to cancel that. And lastly what is the best way to get a picture with any of the cyclists (especially Contador and Sagan)? :D Can't wait for this. :D

Not familiar in Utrecht so can't answer that, but the team presentation is worth going to if you like the atmosphere. Have a drink, enjoy the good weather and stuff. But nothing more.

If you want a picture with Alberto or Sagan, bring a cute little kid and let him/her shout their names :p then you have a chance, because hundreds of people want a picture or autograph and only a few get lucky (these bloody kids are often the lucky ones, just kidding). Or in Sagan's case, bring your girlfriend and make sure she wears a short skirt :p

I saw the prologue in Strasbourg back in '06, was a lot of fun... what I liked was that you can move around the parcours and you don't really miss anything... but then again, if you have a really good spot you should keep it. Usually you can also walk around in the finish area, often you ave riders coming right by you
