Lots of Donkeys in the peloton.Sick of ITV, wish Discovery+ had this, Alaphilippe attacks and immediately the broadcast is interrupted by someone trying to guilt trip me into donating to a Donkey Sanctuary.
Lamperti?Lamperti very strong, but the SOQ train didn't do so well. He also has the tendency to use his elbows.
Don't know why I had Lamperti in my head, meant Magnier. Probably said Lamperti because they are the new guys who rode well together in the beginning of the season.Lamperti?
Yeah, after a while i understood it, but first i thought i had missed Lamperti in the startlist and that he was part of Magnier's sprinttrain, from the way you worded it.Don't know why I had Lamperti in my head, meant Magnier
Oh no, the guys that didn't do so well in the sprint train were whoever was in front of Evenepoel, and Evenepoel himself.Yeah, after a while i understood it, but first i thought i had missed Lamperti in the startlist and that he was part of Magnier's sprinttrain, from the way you worded it.
He also looks like he’s sprinting in an unchangeable track gear. Give the man some gears.Vernon is going to be a lethal sprinter when he realises you're allowed to stand up on the pedals, fair play for not shutting the door though because that could've gone quite badly for Magnier.
Just saw a video where they asked Remco after a stage what he’s doing “another 2 hours”. It was on his silver TT bike and the golden helmet so after one of these stages. That’s why he was empty the day after maybe.
He's not so young anymore, now often referred to as the silver fox.Why is his TT bike only silver?
Think his last one for the Olympics was with silver. Or to honour the fallen silver Van Aert 😁Why is his TT bike only silver?
Could be a preference for riders coming from the track? Milan too.He also looks like he’s sprinting in an unchangeable track gear. Give the man some gears.
He's similar but better than De Lie imho.Magnier could've taken all stages here, literally.
Is he? De Lie has gravitated increasingly towards raw power and durability and is better on short hills than in flat sprints at this point, whereas Magnier is more a sprinter who gets over hills well. Also think De Lie is currently the better of the two at everything that isn't a flat sprint. He's similar but better than De Lie imho.
