Sum_of_Marc May 15, 2009 205 0 0 Jan 24, 2011 #3 They are only able to wear U23 champion kits in U23 races, or non-categorised races. So not the most publicised races really. I know Alex Dowsett wore a British champions kit as U23 TT champ in some of the American stage races last year though.
