for over a half year at least... there were no secrets about that unlike the teams' signings ;)
I've been competely out of the loop regarding MTB for the past year.

Have just found out that Nino Schurter and Malene Degn are now a couple, that surprised me the most.

No more Nino & Nina and Malene and Loic Bruni I guess (although I think the latter breakup happened a long time ago).

well... Nino and Nina separated back in early 2023 I believe... but I also didn't know that until recently as I rarely pay any attention to such stuff... I only knew about Jenny and Simon because it was pretty obvious from Jenny's Instagram which I have been occasionally visiting since she vanished from the WC few years ago and I wanted to know how is she doing and hope she'll come back eventually.

Back to "transfers", Kate Courtney will ride with her foundation name on her jersey, riding her own program.

Rumor have her riding with Allied Bikes next season.
I also heard that she was riding with the Atherton crew so maybe they are going to make an XC bike? Its also possible that they all just hooked up for a winter ride together.

EDIT: nothing on their site...yet:

yeah... she was rumored to be in cahoots with them and even to bump up gravel racing in US for them (as it was their main portfolio till now). let's see... she showed a promising return to previous form during this season and it would be shame to not continue.
she was/is also a redbull sponsored rider so i'd say they would like to see her to continue on international stage

Yeah, it constantly boggles the mind, waiting until the team presentation to unveil new riders.
Announce the riders before the team presentation - that's how the Road teams do it........

All this secrecy/ dropping hints in mystical social media posts isn't smart, or even clever........it's actually just poor PR.
I even saw a comment from Kate thanking a rider for not mentioning what she was riding - it's January.....it should have been announced.
We need a public pressure campaign to get MTB to figure this out! It is silly. It is the new year, the riders are on their new contract year. Why be so silly?

As you say, it is actually a negative PR move and just looks amateurish

Kate is revealing her sponsors one by one; first Rivian, now Rapha.......
I know on the other forum people think she's playing it cool, clever and winning the PR battle - but I'm not sure......
In October I read that Rivian was broke, bleeding money, and had no replacement parts for its vehicles. I guess if they pay her, none of that is her concern.

A quick Google AI search supports that: losing money, burning cash, stock down, but assistance from VW (another struggling company, but bigger).
