USA Pro Cycling Challenge, Stage 7; Denver ITT, 15.3 km

It comes down to four riders as I see it for the podium: Leipheimer, Vandevelde, Van Garderan and Klöden. Dombroski is not a pure climber and Rincon is unkown except this squad lost big in the UTAH TTT, but you never know. Short, flat with some technical corners. It should be a very close outcome. Van Garderan may have a chance being the fastest here over the shorter distance. Klöden just inside the possible and he's has improved over this race winning the bunch up hill into Beaver Creek. Some confusion on the start time, but I think the NBC listing is old, The 1 pm MST, 3 pm EST is most likely correct.

Klöden's start time is 3:05 MST on the Tour Tracker

I just watched one of the early starts - imo, this is gonna be a 10 mile BMX track. The way to get seconds will be a good hole shot and clean the corners, then keep pace in between. Thigh time: Burn baby Burn!

imo leipheimer won't win either. besides this year leipheimers itt suck quite a bit, other than san luis, but you never know in usa...
