Worried that Armstrong could have dragged out arbitration to effectively bankrupt them.

Butch Reynolds and Diane Modahl cases both old , but demonstration it can happen, also that typical doping associaton "kangaroo court" type justice does not always get it right.

Idiotic argument. USADA's lawyers were worried, he'd spend them into backruptcy( which is a valid tactic ) but now are ****ed that he did not.

But then again, where did it provide the financials to back such a statement? Otherwise, just a troll job to get more money and pay raises. See, we did good, we got Lance! Can we have more money now?!?!

They have to be making some money off charging $700 per test in/out of competition they are hired to do. Just raise the rates more!

if they charge $700 per test and can't make money they're pretty stupid.

Volume volume volume. Test every races after event. Cross the line, get in line. A rounding error for ASO, UCI et al. That's the TV license for one small country.
