Looks like a desperate attempt to pick up a WT contract by him. Clearly it didn't really help him perform that well.

Has UCI done away with the pdf thing altogether? Couldn't find it on their new site (not that it was ever meant to be easy to find)

Wonder how this affects Astana and the MPCC?

Wonder how this affects the rift between the Kazakh and Italian factions in Astana also?

can't he just claim the EPO positive was due to cross-contamination because his pharmacist had just served someone EPO when he went to collect his antibiotics?

no doubt this will be rolled out as another guy who didn't train hard enough, not committed and eating nutella who needed to dope to compete......
