No one else besides Phil should get a vote. Contador won't get it even if he did win the Tour: because of his ongoing doping case.

As for Evans; in a normal year he'd have won it, but in years like 2005, 2010 and 2011.... Or 2008 for that matter

To be sure. His dominance in the one-day races has been almost ridiculous. I notice that the people who voted otherwise, haven't justified their votes in any way. If the one vote for A N Other is serious, I really wonder who the A N Other is.
